Resolutions

res-o-lu-tion (rez uh lue'shuhn) n.
1. a formal expression of opinion or intention made, usu. after voting, by a formal organization, a legislature, a club, or other group.
2. a resolve or determination.
3. the act of resolving or determining upon a course of action, method, procedure, etc.
4. the resulting state.
5. a solution or settlement of a problem, controversy, etc.

So that's part of the definition of "Resolution". For 2008, I don't really have any resolutions. I never make them since I never keep them and I don't believe in not keeping my word. But, I hope to save some money, lose some weight and eat a little better. Maybe add some exercise in there.

I know how you feel! I have such a hard time keeping them! But I do want to eat better and lose a little weight. We will see if I can do it! Have a wonderful NEW YEAR!

I'm right there with you but I always try to set some goals. Even if I don't stick with them all year long, a few months is better than none, right?! :)

I like looking at them as goals and not resolutions! LOL I think we all want to be healthier.
