How to "Colour" a photo

Open your picture up in your picture program. I used Adobe Photoshop. Create a duplicate layer and make that layer be black and white.

Erase over the image that you want to be in colour. I did a rose and a leaf.

Then save the new picture and you're done. :) Hope this helps.
